Sixteen of Qatar’s top content creators step into the spotlight for the Red Bull Tetris Creators Showdown, where every drop, twist, and line clear hits the massive cinema screen at Novo. This is classic Tetris turned into a full-scale arena showdown — louder, brighter, and far more competitive.

Red Bull powers the energy. Showdown.me delivers the tech. Together, we’re turning a simple puzzle game into a full cinematic battle where creators prove who can keep their cool when the screen is six stories tall and the pressure is even bigger.

Expect fast games, sudden collapses, clutch comebacks, and a crowd reacting to every move. It’s creators competing, fans cheering, and Tetris elevated to true spectacle.

Format

• 16 creators
• 1v1 battles
• Single-elimination bracket
• All matches played on the cinema’s big screen
• Live commentators + real-time scoring

Rules

1. Eligibility

• Only invited content creators may participate.
• All participants must check in at the venue at least 1 hour before matches begin.

2. Match Format

• All matches are 1v1.
• Bracket: Round of 16 → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final.
• Early rounds: Best of 3.
• Semifinals & Final: Best of 5.

3. Game Settings

• Game: Competitive Tetris (Red Bull event edition).
• Platform: Event-provided setup projected on the cinema screen.
• Standard competitive mode; no custom settings unless announced on-site.
• Hardware: Organizers provide controllers/keyboards. Personal equipment requires approval.

4. Winning Conditions

• A player wins a game by holding the highest score at the end of the round OR by KO, depending on the mode used.
• Tie = replay of the round.

5. Player Conduct

• No cheating, device tampering, or external assistance.
• Respect all staff, players, and audience.
• Poor sportsmanship may result in penalties or disqualification.

6. Technical Rules

• If a technical issue occurs, organizers may pause, restart, or repeat the round.
• Failure to show up for a scheduled match = automatic forfeit.

7. Audience, Media & Streaming

• The full event may be recorded or streamed by Showdown.me and Red Bull Qatar.
• By joining, players consent to being filmed, photographed, and featured in event content.

8. Prizes

• Prizing, trophies, and rewards will be announced live during the event.
