If you participate in a tournament, event, or challenge hosted by a Community Organizer on the Platform, we may share certain relevant information with that organizer, including:

- Your event participation details (e.g. match history, submissions, scores)
Organizers may also request additional information as part of tournament entry (e.g. team names, region, or age eligibility). Please review the specific terms of each tournament before joining.
Note: Organizers are independent from Showdown.me and are responsible for their own handling of participant data. We do not control how they use or store this information outside the Platform.
16.19 With Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party vendors to help us operate and improve the Platform. These include:
- Payment processors
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
- Customer support platforms
- Email and notification delivery services
- Data analytics and product improvement tools
These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and only use it as instructed by us.

Showdown.me is a general audience platform but includes interactive features such as tournaments, challenges, leaderboards, and chat which may be subject to age restrictions depending on the region, tournament organizer, or content.
16.46 General Platform Access
- There is no fixed minimum age requirement to create a general player account on Showdown.me.
- However, if you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents and guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and controlling the use of Showdown.me by minors under their care.
16.47 Community Organizer Accounts
- Only individuals aged 18 or older are permitted to register a Community Organizer Account, which allows for the creation of tournaments, events, and challenges.
- Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in account suspension or termination.
16.48 Tournament-Level Age Restrictions
- While the Platform itself is broadly accessible, certain tournaments, challenges, or events may impose specific age restrictions (e.g., 13+, 16+, 18+) based on content, game publisher guidelines, Community Organizer, Event owner, challenge owner, or local legal requirements.
- It is the sole responsibility of the user (or their legal guardian, where applicable) to ensure compliance with these restrictions.
- Showdown.me does not assume liability for users’ participation in age-restricted events that contravene tournament-specific terms.
16.49 Parental Rights
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may:
- Request access to review that data
- Request that we delete the data

16.50 International Users and Data Transfers
Showdown.me is a global platform with users located across multiple countries. Your personal information may be collected, stored, processed, or transferred outside of your country of residence, including to Qatar, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our operational teams, cloud infrastructure, or third-party service providers are located.

By using the Platform, you understand and agree that:
