  1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Showdown.me — a digital platform for competitive gaming, community events, and esports engagement. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Showdown.me website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, using any part of the Platform, or otherwise indicating your acceptance (such as by checking an “I agree” box), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and **Project Infinite Technology W.L.L.**, a company registered in the State of Qatar, with commercial registration number 151400 and registered as a C-Corporation as Project Infinite Technology Inc. in the state of Delaware with filing number 7444291  (“we,” “us,” or “Showdown.me”).

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at: hello@projectinfinite.net
