Qatar Charity Esports Tournament - Tekken 7

Welcome to the first ever Charity Tournament run collaboratively by Showdown, Team Mana, Store974 and Qatar Charity. Join the ultimate gaming experience for a good cause! Our upcoming esports tournament for charity is the perfect way to show off your skills while supporting those in need in Syria and Turkiye. This event features the ever popular Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Tekken, and Fornite! Compete against some of the best players in the community and show you are the best. So come and be a part of this epic gaming event and make a difference in the world. All money gathered from this event will be given to Qatar Charity to contribute to aiding those affected by the earthquake Turkiye and Syria.

Entrance fee is 50 QAR in cash

but tournament participants are encouraged to contribute more if they so choose!

Participants must arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the tournament to check-in!

General Rules

• Each set will be a best of 3 (first to 2 wins) except for finals where it will be best of 5 (first to 3 wins)
• All players must bring their own controllers. All controllers will be connected to PC on Steam.
• You will be called for your matches in venue so please stay inside the venue for the duration of the tournament
• IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP 5 MINUTES AFTER BEING CALLED YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
• In the case that you will face issues in being on time please inform the TOs as soon as you can to avoid unnecessary disqualification.
• The loser of the match may change the stage OR change their character while picking Random Stage ONLY. The winner must maintain his character selection.

• Rounds: 3 out of 5
• Time Limit: 60 seconds
• Stage: Random
• Character Customizations: Off
• Character Preset Costumes are legal for Tournament use with the exception of the following:
• Jack-7 Preset 3 & 4 cannot be used.
• Gigas Preset 3 cannot be used.
• Players cannot use the same Preset. Should both Players wish to use the same Preset, they will play a tiebreaker as determined by the Tournament Organizer or Tournament Event Organizer (as applicable) to determine who may use their preferred Preset
